Join us for our first feast of the spring season featuring fresh locally raised trout from MicMac Farms in Caribou, Maine.
Dinner will begin with appetizers of charcuterie and Cheesy Potato Skins with Bacon and Scallions.
Followed by a Cauliflower Bisque with Brown Butter Croutons
The star of this evenings dinner is MicMac Farm’s Fresh Baked Trout served with Roasted Vegetables on Spiced Rice
…and as always, meals are accompanied by our homemade breads.
Our Spring feast will conclude with a Key Lime Creme Brûlée.
Our four course Feast Meals are $40 per person and vegetarian dinner option is available on request.
