Celebrate Valentine’s Day on the shores of Upper Shin Pond.
Dinner will begin with appetizers of several Bruschetta varieties. Caramelized Onions & Goat Cheese as well as Traditional Tuscan Tomato.
Fruit to Nuts Salad with Gorgonzola Cheese and a Honey Mustard Vinaigrette.
Dinner options will be Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops or Brown Butter Scallops with Lemon Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Broccoli & Mushrooms.
Surf & Turf option is available for an additional $5 and a vegetarian dinner option is also available on request.
…and as always, meals are accompanied by our homemade breads.
Dessert will be Flourless Chocolate Torte with Cocoa Mousse.
