Dining for Overnight Guests

Three-Course Dinner Experience

Tuesday – Saturday Evenings

Reservations are required

For our lodging guests, we offer a full three-course dinner featuring seasonal ingredients, house-made breads, and thoughtfully prepared entrées. This is a slower, more traditional dining experience and a favorite among guests celebrating special occasions or simply enjoying a memorable evening at the lodge. Dinner is served in our cozy lodge dining room with a brick fireplace, large windows overlooking the water or outside, weather permitting, at the water’s edge.

Rather than ordering à la carte, each evening guests enjoy a set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert. A delicious meal designed to showcase the best of what’s available and prepared fresh that day.

    Breakfast at the Lodge

    Served Daily at 8:00 am

Breakfast is served daily for overnight guests and features a rotating menu of homemade favorites designed to fuel your day in the North Woods. Our breakfast varies daily and typically includes fresh coffee, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, pancakes, French toast, oatmeal, and fresh fruit—served with Maine maple syrup.

Free breakfast is included for lodge suite guests. Cabin and townhouse guests may join for an additional fee.

      Public Dining by Reservation

We welcome non-overnight guests for dinner on select Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings during peak seasons.

Public dining is offered as a three-course, prix fixe dinner and is available by advance reservation only. Seating is limited and dates fill quickly.

        Reservations & Cancellation Policy

All dinner services at Mt. Chase Lodge require advance reservations.

Due to limited seating and the nature of meal preparation in a remote location, cancellations may be subject to fees. Please contact us directly if your plans change. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid any fees. For late cancellations or no-shows, a charge of $25 per person will apply.
